NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Steven M. Kelly requesting the vacation of Wiley Addition Lake Wawasee Indiana located on the north and west sides of Turkey Creek Drive and approximately 300 feet south of Wawasee Lane, off the eastern side of Lake Wawasee, in Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana. The proposed vacation consisting of all that property within WILEY ADDITION Lake Wawasee Indiana located within the North half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana. The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Room, on the 3rd floor of the Kosciusko County Courthouse, Warsaw, Indiana, on Wednesday the 5th day of May, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Area Planning Department no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
