NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Paul Graham requesting an amendment to the Prairie Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from an Industrial 2 District to an Agriculture District, the following real estate, located: 021-144-003.A an West Side 200 W, 1200' Northwest of Fox Farm Road and described as follows, to wit: Part of section 36, township 33 north, range 5 east, in Prairie Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of section 36, township 33 north, range 5 east being a railroad spike located in the center of County Road 200 West; thence north 0 degrees 02 minutes west, 90.88 feet along the east line of said section, also being the centerline of County Road 200 West, to the point of beginning; thence west 660.0 feet to a point; thence north 0 degrees 02 minutes west, 330.00 feet to a point; thence east, 660.00 feet to a point on the east line of said section, also being the centerline of County Road 200 West; thence south 0 degrees 02 minutes east, 330.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 5.0 acres of land, more or less.
