NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Maurice & Doris Dorsey requesting Subdivision and Plat approval for the following real estate, located 005-055-0214 an North Side of County Road 500 North and on the East Side of State Road 13 and described as follows, to wit: A tract of land located in the southwest quarter of section 14, township 33 north, range 7 east, 2nd p.m., Tippecanoe Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, further described as follows: Beginning at a Harrison Monument marking the southwest corner of the southwest quarter of said section 14; thence north 00 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds east (assumed and basis of bearings) along the west line of said southwest quarter, a distance of 520.00 feet thence north 89 degrees 54 minutes 23 seconds east and parallel with the south line of said southwest quarter, a distance of 387.42 feet to a 5/8 inch capped ("Kissinger") iron rear; thence south 00 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds west and parallel with the west line of said southwest quarter, a distance of 520.00 feet to a "mag" nail on the south line of said southwest quarter; thence south 89 degrees 54 minutes 23 seconds west along said south line, a distance of 387.42 feet to the point of beginning and containing 4.625 acres more or less. Subject to all records and unrecorded easements, rights-of-way and restrictions. This hearing will be held at Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
