NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Busz Entenrprises requesting an amendment to the Washington Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from a Residential District to a Commerical District, the following real estate, located: 010-106-029.A an E Side Oak St, 100' N Columbia St and described as follows, to wit: Lot number 3 and 4, block 42 in the Plat of Keith's Addition. This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Commercial uses as defined by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance. The hearing will be held at: Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at 1:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
