NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Edward & Debor Boyts requesting an amendment to the Plain Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from an Agricultural District to an Agriculture 2 or Residential District, the following real estate, located: 029-105-001.D an South Side 8 Square Rd., 1200 Feet East 175 E and described as follows, to wit: DESCRIPTION: Part of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 33 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to wit: Commencing at an iron pipe found at the Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence S01°-32'-40"E (deed bearing and used as the basis of bearings for this description), on and along the East line of said Northeast Quarter, a distance of 260.70 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker" found at the point of intersection with the Easterly projection of the centerline of 8 Square Road, said iron pin being at the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing S01°-32'-40"E, on and along said East line, a distance of 210.00 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker"; thence S88°-50'-00"W, a distance of 210.00 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker"; thence N01º-32'-40"W, a distance of 210.00 feet to a Mag nail, said Mag nail being on the centerline of 8 Square Road; thence N88°-50'-00"E, on and along said centerline and the Easterly projection thereof, a distance of 210.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.012 acres of land, more or less, subject to legal right-of-way for 8 Square Road, subject to all legal drain easements and all other easements of record.
