NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Edd Allen requesting an amendment to the Turkey Creek Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from a Public Use District to a Commercial District, the following real estate, located: 008-019-209. an west side Huntington St., 122' North of Boston and described as follows, to wit: A tract of land being a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, 2nd P.M., in the Town of Syracuse, Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the intersection of Huntington Street (State Road 13) and Boston Street in the Town of Syracuse, Indiana; thence North 34 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, along the Southwest line of said Huntington Street 117.00 feet to a 1 inch iron pipe; thence South 56 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 125.07 feet to a point on the West line of Lot 58 in Dolan and Mile's Addition to the Town of Syracuse, Indiana;/thence North 01 degree 28 minutes 46 seconds West 40.33 feet to the place of beginning;/thence North 25 degrees 36 minutes 21 seconds West 108.51 feet to a point; thence South 56 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 26.06 feet to a point; thence South 34 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 71.5 feet to a point;/ thence South 38 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 10.0 feet to a point; thence South 34 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 9.97 feet to a point; thence South 71 degrees 16 minutes 46 seconds East 2.25 feet to a point; thence North 56 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 6.3 feet to a point; thence South 34 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 11.7 feet to a point on the North line of Lot 57 in Dolan and Mile's Addition to the Town of Syracuse, Indiana; thence South 71 degrees 16 minutes 46 seconds East 16.12 feet to the point of beginning. This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Commercial uses as defined by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance. The hearing will be held at: Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at 1:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
