Commencing at a brass pin found at the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence S90º-00'-00"W (deed bearing and used as the basis of bearings for this description), on and along the South line of said Southeast Quarter, a distance of 532.42 feet to a railroad spike found at the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing S90º-00'-00"W, on and along said South line, being within the right-of-way of County Road 900 North, a distance of 214.72 feet to a Mag nail; thence N 02º-00'-00" E, a distance of 350.00 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker"; thence N14º-45'-00"E, a distance of 65.00 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker";thence N06.-39'-33"W, a distance of 66.51 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker"; thence N05º-00'-59"E, a distance of 47.18 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker"; thence N03º-48'-18"E, a distance of 108.27 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker"; thence N85º-57'-28"W, a distance of 179.08 feet to the West face of a wood post found; thence N01º-31'-06"E, a distance of 2019.93 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker" on the North line of said Southeast Quarter;thence S89º-33'-31"E, on and along said North line, a distance of 368.15 feet to an iron pin found; thence SO·l-18'-18"W, a distance of 2663.43 feet to the point of beginning, containing 20.33 acres of land, more or less, subject to legal right-of-way for County Road 900 North, subject to aIl legal drain easements and all other easements of record.
This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioner's Meeting Room, County Court House I 00 W Center St., Warsaw On Wednesday 04/03/2024 At 1:00 P.M.

are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Plan Commission, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, no later then 72 hours before the meeting, (mailing address: 100 W Center St, Rm 303, Warsaw, IN 46580). Any digitally submitted comments or exhibits on devises, such as but not limited to, flash memory drives, thumb drives, or external drives must be submitted to the office 72 hours before the hearing any presented at the meeting will not be viewed in accordance with the Kosciusko County Cybersecurity directives.
