Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Saint Andrews United Methodist Church Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Public use District to an Commercial District, The Following Real Estate, located on

And Described As Follows on the 2nd page, To Wit:
Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana (This description prepared by Kevin R. Michel, LS80870006, as part of original survey RE-l62 completed by J.K. Walker & Associates, P.C., dated March 24, 2023), being more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Commencing at a Mag nail found at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence S89°·53'-18"E (GPS Grid bearing and used as the basis of bearings for this description), on and along the North line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of 246.84 feet to a Harrison marker found at the Southwest comer of the Southwest Quarter of Section 32, Towns hip 35 North, Range 7 East, Elkhart County, Indiana; thence N89°-49'-56"£, on and along said North line, a distance of 38.18 feet to the Northwest corner of a certain tract of land recorded in Parcell in Document Number 2021040735 in the records of Kosciusko County Indiana; thence continuing N89°·49'-56"E, on and along said North line, a distance of 352.23 feet to the point of intersection with the centerline of Long Drive; thence S16°·44'-06"W, on and along said centerline, a distance of 510.30 feet to a Mag nail at the POINT OF BEGINNING: thence continuing S16'-44'-06"W, on and along said centerline, a distance of 302.60 feet to a Mag nail at the Northeast comer of a certain tract of land as recorded in Document Number 2018030793 in said records; thence N89°-05'-44"W (recorded 'Nest), on and along the North line of said tract of land recorded in Document Number 2018030793, a distance of 3!2.76 feet (recorded 3!6 feet) to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker" at the Northwest comer of said tract of land recorded in Document Number 2018030793, said iron pin being on the Easterly right-of-way line of State Road Number 13, said iron pin further being situated N89°-05'-44"W, a distance of 11.0 feet tram an iron pipe; thence Northeasterly on and along said Easterly right-of-way line defined by a regular curve w the left having a radius of !949.96 feet, an arc length of 39!.89 feet (the chord of which bears N20°·09:-56"E for a distance of 391.23 feet), to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker" thence S72º43'-35:, a distance of 277.50 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.23 acres of land, more or less; subject to legal right-of-way for Long Drive and State Road Number !3, subject to all legal drain easements and all other easements of record.

Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Plan Commission, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, no later then 72 hours before the meeting, (mailing address: 100 W Center St, Rm 303, Warsaw, IN 46580). Any digitally submitted comments or exhibits on devises, such as but not limited to, flash memory drives, thumb drives, or external drives must be submitted to the office 72 hours before the hearing any presented at the meeting will not be viewed in accordance with the Kosciusko County Cybersecurity directives.
