DESCRIPTION: A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, in Kosciusko County, Indiana, further described as follows:
Beginning 893.04 feet South 89 degrees 58 minutes 43 seconds East (894 feet East record) of the Southwest comer of said section at the south edge of a railroad spike in the center of County Road 400 North; thence North (record and basis of bearings) 1127.57 feet (1128 feet record) to a bent !h inch iron pipe; thence South
89 degrees 59 minutes 38 seconds West 839.75 feet (West 841.4 feet record) to a%" iron rebar on the East
right-of-way line of State Highway #13; thence South 00 degrees 06 minutes 49 seconds East (South record)
59.50 feet along said right-of-way to a concrete marker; thence Southeasterly along said right-of-way being a 1869.86 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 887.74 feet and subtended by a chord bearing South 13 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds East 879.43 feet to a concrete marker; thence South 31 degrees 29 minutes 00 seconds East 197.47 feet along said right-of-way to a concrete marker; thence South 89 degrees 11 minutes 42 seconds East ("Easterly" record) 203.60 feet along said right-of-way to a 5/8 inch capped ("Kemper") iron rebar; thence South 00 degrees 35 minutes 20 seconds West (South record) 39.00 feet along said right-of-way to a "mag" nail on the centerline of County Road 400 North as indicated in a legal description contained in Document #200700012079, said nail being 2.75 feet north of the south line of Section 23, Township 33 North, Range 7 East; thence South 89 degrees 29 minutes 41 seconds East 326.8 feet (East 327.4 feet record) along the centerline of said County Road (per Document #200700012079) to the Place of Beginning and containing 18.886 acres more or less (18.8 acres more or less record).
This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioner's Meeting Room, County Court House 100 W Center St., Warsaw On Wednesday 04/03/2024 At 1:00 P.M.
