Part of the southeast quarter of section 27, township 33 north, range 6 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at a broken concrete post found marking the southeast corner of said southeast quarter; thence north 89 degrees 46 minutes 24 seconds west (deed bearing), on and along the south line of said southeast quarter, a distance of 297.36 feet to an iron pin found at the true point of beginning; thence continuing north 89 degrees 45 minutes 24 seconds west, on and along said south line, being partially with in the right-of-way of County Road 300 North, a distance of 1132.75 feet to a PK nail at the southeast corner of lot number 11 in Autumn Ridge, a subdivision in said southeast quarter; thence north 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds east, on and along the east line of said lot number 11, a distance of 264.6 feet (recroded 263.96 feet) to an iron pin found at the northeast corner of said lot number 11; thence south 89 degrees 45 minutes 3 seconds east, on and along a line established by survey monuments found, a distance of 781.51 feet to an iron pipe found at the southeast corner of a certain tract of land as recorded in deed record 305, page 528, of the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana, thence north 00 degrees 22 minutes 56 seconds east, on and along the east line of said tract in deed record 305, page 528, a distance of 357.6 feet to an iron pin, said iron pin being situated 2.7 feet west of and 0.5 feet north of a concrete marker found; thence south 69 degrees 59 minutes 54 seconds east, a distance of 441.89 feet to an iron pin; thence south 08 degrees 00 minutes 05 seconds west, a distance of 476.90 feet to the true point of beginning.
This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioner's Meeting Room, County Courthouse 100 W Center St., Warsaw On Wednesday 08/02/2023 At 1:00 P.M. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Plan Commission, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, no later then 72 hours before the meeting, (mailing address: 100 W Center St, Rm 303, Warsaw, IN 46580).
Any digitally submitted comments or exhibits on devises, such as but not limited to, flash memory drives, thumb drives, or external drives must be submitted to the office 72 hours before the hearing any presented at the meeting will not be viewed in accordance with the Kosciusko County Cybersecurity directives
