    Notice Is Hereby Given that Syracuse Board of Zoning Appeals of Kosciusko County, Indiana will hold a public hearing for the below listed exceptions in the Syracuse Town Hall, 310 N Huntington St., Syracuse On September 21, 2023.

    All Hearings Will Be Heard No Earlier Than The Designated Time Unless Modified Prior To The First Hearing.   The First Public Hearing Will Begin At 6:00 P.M. (Local Time) And Hearings Shall Proceed as Noted on the Meeting Agenda.

    The Files For The Below Petitions  Are Available For Public Inspection During Normal Working Hours Of Kosciusko County Offices In The Kosciusko  County Area Plan Commission Office, 100 W. Center Street 3rd Floor, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. Written Comments  Filed With The Area Plan Commission Will Be Entered Into Official Record And Oral Comments Will Be Heard At The Time Of The Public Meeting. The Board May Find It Necessary To Continue Any Hearing, In Which Case This Serves As Legal Notification For Such Hearings.   Hearing Legal Ads and the Agendas for the Hearings may also be view on the Kosciusko County Website at www. kcgov.com.
