News Release - December 11, 2012 Warsaw, (December 11, 2012) – The County of Kosciusko has developed an American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan for Public Rights-of-Way in accordance with Federal Highway Administration requirements. The purpose of the Transition Plan is to prioritize ADA accessibility improvements for existing Public Rights-of-Way. As part of its Public Participation Process, Kosciusko County will offer time for Public Comment during the January 15, 2013 Kosciusko County Commissioners meeting. During this meeting, the Transition Plan will be presented. Written comments will be accepted through January 14, 2013 until 4:30 p.m. Portions of the Transition Plan will be located on the Kosciusko County website at www.kcgov.com and are provided to the Warsaw Public Library located at 310 East Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580 by December 11, 2012.
