NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the County Council of said County will meet at the Kosciusko County Courthouse, 100 W Center Street, 3rd Floor Courtroom, Warsaw, Indiana at 7:00 PM on September 8, 2016 to consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year: Local Health Maintenance Fund 1168-44041-000-0000 Vehicle’s $10,300.00 Extraditions Fund 1155-32003-000-0000 Mileage, Fuel & Travel $1,600.00 County General Fund – Prosecuting Attorney 1000-36048-000-0015 Drug Testing $25,000.00 County General Fund – Sheriff 1000-22022-000-0019 Uniforms $1,304.00 1000-35001-000-0019 Vehicle Repair $6933.37 County General Fund – Emergency Management 1000-31007-000-0007 Emergency Service $35,000.00 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations when finally approved will be referred to the Local Government Board of Finance. The Board will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a certified copy of the action taken.
