NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the County Council of said County will meet at the Kosciusko County Courthouse, 100 W Center Street, 3rd Floor Courtroom, Warsaw, Indiana at 7:00 PM on November 13, 2014 to consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year: County General – Area Plan 1000-33002-000-002 Publication Legal Notices $ 3,500.00 County General – Superior Courts II & III 1000-31089-000-0044 Pauper Council $ 60,000.00 County General – Coroner 1000-31013-000-0010 X-ray, Lab Expenses $ 19,575.00 County General – Coroner 1000-11708-000-0010 Deputy Coroner $ 2,000.00 Statewide 9-1-1 1222-11306-000-0000 Part Time $ 5,000.00 Statewide 9-1-1 1222-11507-000-0000 Overtime $ 20,000.00 Highway 176-22038-000-0051 Calcium, Salt,Weed Spray $ 60,222.97 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally approved will be referred to the Local Government Board of Finance. The Board will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a certified copy of the action taken.
