NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the County Council of said County will meet at the Kosciusko County Courthouse, 100 W Center Street, 3rd Floor Courtroom, Warsaw, Indiana at 7:00 PM on November 14, 2013 to consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year: Employee Health Insurance 4700-21032-000-0000 Employee Clinic Medications $2,500.00 4700-22057-000-0000 Employee Clinic Labs $2,500.00 County - EDIT 1112-45102-000-0000 100E Project $500,000.00 Problem Solving Court Fee 2506-44003-000-0000 Computer Software $4,075.00 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally approved will be referred to the Local Government Board of Finance. The Board will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a certified copy of the action taken.
