Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the County Council of said County will meet in the Multi-Purpose Room in the basement of the Kosciusko County Justice Building, 121 N. Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana at 6:00 PM on July 9, 2020 to consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year:
County General-Superior Court II & III
1000-31089-000-0044 Pauper Council 150,000.00
County General-Jail
1000-10176-000-0013 Jail Cook 32,279.00
County General-Work Release
1000-11328-000-0055 Part-Time Work Release Cook 20,000.00
Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriation when finally approved will be referred to the Local Government Board of Finance. The Board will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a certified copy of the action taken.
