NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the County Council of said County will meet at the Kosciusko County Courthouse, 100 W Center Street, 3rd Floor Courtroom, Warsaw, Indiana at 6:00 PM on June 13th, 2024 to consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year:

1224-44012-000-003 Computer Equipment $9,000.00
1224-35005-000-003 Computer Maintenance/Software $14,000.00
Kosciusko Co Sheriff- DNR 2024-2025 Federal Grant
8207-11706-000-000 DNR 24-25 Federal Grant Salaries $7,500.00
9136-11706-000-000 DNR 24-25 State Grant Salaries $5,000.00
9136-32037-000-000 DNR 24-25 State Misc Exp $2,500.00
Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriation when finally approved will be referred to the Local Government Board of Finance. The Board will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a certified copy of the action taken.
