NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING STATE OF INDIANA KOSCIUSKO COUNTY SS: BEFORE THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY IN RE: THE PETITION OF E & L RENTALS, LCC TO THE CITIZENS OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA: You are hereby notified that a petition as been filed with the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County, Indiana, by E & L Rentals, LLC, requesting the vacation by ordinance of a strip of land in Kosciusko County, described as follows: Such tract of land further described as commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot Number 107 in Willard's Addition to the Town of Oswego; thence South along the East line of the above-described tract 25 feet to a point of beginning; thence continuing South to the North edge of property owned by Douglas A. Reed, described at Deed Record 341, Page 516 in the office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County; thence West along the North line of the said adjacent property a distance of 120 feet; thence Northwesterly a distance of 39.55 feet to the Southwest corner of the above-described tract; thence Easterly a distance of 135.85 feet to the point of beginning. You are hereby notified that the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County, Indiana, has set the petition for hearing at 9:00 a.m. on July 22, 2008, at the Kosciusko County Board of Commissioners' Meeting Room in the Kosciusko County Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana. Any person may appear to be heard upon the petition at the time, date and place above scheduled for hearing and/or may send written comments or response to the Auditor of Kosciusko County, Indiana, prior to the above time and date set for hearing. After hearing the petition may be granted, denied or continued and an ordinance may be introduced and passed according to law, providing for the vacation of said real estate.
