NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition fined by Patrick Industries Inc. requesting the vacation of lots, streets, and alleys more specifically listed as; Lots 2-49, 59-63, all of Third St., Fourth St. between Pittsburg St and Railroad Ave., Baltimore St., Pittsburg St. west of Fourth St., and those alleys between and adjacent to the list lots in the Plat of Straus and Dolan's Addition to Syracuse Plat Page 156 and Lots 70- 72 as well as the alleys abutting to the north and west of those listed lots in the Plat of M. Hillabold's Addition to Syracuse plat book page 143. The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Room, on the 3rd floor of the Kosciusko County Courthouse, 100 W Center St., Warsaw, Indiana, on Wednesday the 6th day of May, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Area Planning Department no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
