NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Kingfisher Properties requesting an amendment to the Turkey Creek Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from a Residential District to an Agriculture District, the following real estate, located: 007-053-003.C and E Side Pine Rd, 0' South Smith Dr., and described as follows, to wit:
A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence South along the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, a distance of 208.45 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence East, a distance of 300.0 feet; thence South, a distance of 300.0 feet; thence West, a distance of 300.0 feet to a point on the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 14; thence North along said West line, a distance of 300.0 feet to the aforementioned point of beginning.
This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Agricultural Used as Defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.
The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Room Court, on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at 1:00 p.m.
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Area Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
