The Kosciusko County Drainage Board will hold a public hearing to establish a reconstruction for: John J. Burgener drain: The proposed rates per acre are as follows: $172.69, $230.25 and $345.38. Also, a public hearing to establish an annual maintenance for: John J. Burgener Drain: The proposed rate is $5.00 per acre and a $25.00 minimum with a total annual collection of $937.10. Both meetings will be held November 16, 2017 at 9:00 am on the 3rd floor of the old courtroom of the courthouse at 100 W Center St., Warsaw, IN 46580. Not less than five days before the hearing, any owner of land named in the schedule of assessments may file with the Kosciusko County Drainage Board a written objection alleging that they are the owner of land assessed as benefited and the benefits assessed against his land are excessive. Each objector may file written evidence in support of this objection. The failure of any owner to file an objection constitutes a waiver of his right to subsequently object to any final action of the Board. The Kosciusko County Drainage Board address is 100 W.
