David and Dawn Koldyke, Mentone, will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary Jan. 28. David and the former Dawn Kahler were married Jan. 28, 1951, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Marion, by the Rev. Walter Libfarth. He is retired from self-employment and she is a homemaker. The couple have five children: Karen (and spouse Jim) Hardin, Warsaw; Pamela Barnard, Albany; Katrina (and spouse Jim) Calhoun, Warsaw; David Jr. (and spouse Kay) Koldyke, Galesburgh, Mich.; and Daniel (and spouse Cindy) Koldyke, Silver Lake; 13 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
