NAPPANEE – David Kolbe, candidate for District 22, Indiana House of Representatives, will be present Saturday to meet and greet constituents at the Nappanee Chamber of Commerce Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee. The event will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Kolbe will be participating in the Nappanee Apple Festival Parade that morning. The public is invited to attend the parade, enjoy the Apple Festival and stop by the Chamber Building to meet the candidate and enjoy the museum.
