KT and Anita Kishan, Warsaw, announce the engagement of their daughter, Neena Kishan, Warsaw, to Ryan Burgher, Warsaw. He is the son of Greg and Peg Burgher, Warsaw. The bride-to-be is a special education teacher at Lincoln Elementary School, Warsaw. She graduated from Warsaw Community High School in 2006 and earned a bachelor’s degree in special education from Grace College. The groom-elect works in sales at Indiana Dimensional Products, North Webster, and is the women’s soccer coach at Huntington University. He graduated from Warsaw Community High School in 2002 and earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Grace College. The couple plan a July 23, 2011, wedding.
