FORT WAYNE – In his first full quarter since entering the 3rd district congressional race, conservative businessman and farmer Kip Tom raised $264,555 and had more than $353,000 cash on hand at the close of 2015. Tom announced his candidacy at the beginning of September and has now raised more than $416,000 in the first four months of his campaign, according to a press release provided by his campaign.
