Local Kids Hope USA representatives recently met to discuss their success in Kosciusko County and beyond. Kids Hope USA is a national elementary school-based mentoring program that partners churches with schools to serve as mentors to children. Currently, Kosciusko County Educational Development group supports Kids Hope USA at Akron Church of God, Claypool United Methodist, First Christian Church, North Webster Church of God, Walnut Creek United Methodist, Warsaw Community Church and The Vineyard Community Church. More than 120 children in Kosciusko County at Akron, Claypool, Eisenhower, Harrison, North Webster, Syracuse and Washington Elementary Schools are being mentored. There also were visitors from Plymouth Trinity who mentor at Webster Elementary in Plymouth and Etna Green Country Church who partners with Triton Elementary.
