KGP Telecommunications, LLC (“KGP”) (located at 3454 N. Detroit Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46582) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-6 to discharge storm water from manufacturing activities associated with KGP at 3454 N. Detroit Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46582. Run-off from the project site will discharge to the drains on property and flow to a retention pond located on the south side of the property. If/When the retention pond overflows, it runs along an unnamed ditch by the railroad and eventually to the Tippecanoe River.
