Editor, Times-Union: Congressman Stutzman and all you other esteemed people, Prior to this I responded to the email of Senator Dan Coats giving him and the Senate kudos for the work of getting the Keystone XL legislation moving along to a final destination. Then I said that I believe one of the No. 1 issues in our country is the subject of this email. It is my understanding that the Pentagon has the know-how to correct the problem with a very relatively low monetary amount. Please fix this! Our life as we know it now depends upon it being done.
