Kevin Lee BoggsKevin Lee Boggs, 66, of Warsaw, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2022.
He was born in Warsaw on March 30, 1956, the son of Harry and Joyce Taylor Boggs. Kevin graduated from Warsaw Community High School with the Class of ’74. He had retired as an Expediter at RR Donnelley & Sons.
Kevin was an avid golfer who belonged to the Thursday Men’s Golf League; he enjoyed music and woodworking, was an avid fan of the New York Yankees and loved the outdoors. He was a great adventurer who loved to travel, but especially cherished the time he spent with his friends and family, who loved him dearly.
Kevin is survived by Faith Boggs, his wife of 19 years; his mother, Joyce Boggs, of Warsaw; daughters, Jessica (Michael Davies) Boggs, of Flossmoor, Ill.; and Loren (Zachary Harper) Boggs, of New York N.Y.; son, Phillip (Holly Perkins) Boggs, of Lakemoor, Ill.; stepdaughter, Jenny (Darren) Pallen, of Orange Park, Fla.; stepsons, Justin Johnson, of New York; and Jeremy (Stephanie Wilczewski) Johnson, of Orange Park, Fla.; sister, Pam (Bill) Kolter, of Claypool; sister-in-law, Anna Boggs, of Mentone; and his grandchildren: Isabella, Finn, Sebastian, Bronson, Ethan, Austen, Nathan, Jackson, Mila and Jude. Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Harry Boggs; and his twin brother, Kim Boggs.
Funeral services are at 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 24 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw. Visitation is Monday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the funeral home. Private burial is in I.O.O.F. Mentone Cemetery.
