ROCHESTER – Kenneth Andre Allen, 48, of 4860 Wood Lane, Rochester, died at 7:30 p.m. June 10, 2011, in his residence. He was born Feb. 10, 1963, in Chicago, Ill., to Edward and Thelma Owens Allen, who survive in Rochester. He graduated in 1981 from Hales High School, Chicago. He had lived in the Fulton County community for about 20 years. While residing in Chicago, he was a park district manager for the City of Chicago, assisting with youth programs. Surviving are his companion, Glenda Patton, Rochester; a son, Siron Rafael Allen, Indianapolis; two daughters, Faye (and spouse Kevin) Woodcox, Rochester, and Kimberly Patton (and companion Lanny Cline), Etna Green; two sisters, Diane (and spouse George) Louden, Indianapolis, and Sheila Allen (and companion Larry) Johnson, Culver; four brothers, Charles Edward (and spouse Irene) Allen, Dudley Allen and Todd (and spouse Angie) Allen, all of Rochester, and Jeffrey Scott Allen, of Chicago; and 10 grandchildren.
