Kelly Ann Jefferson, 47, of Warsaw, died at 9:35 a.m. Aug. 25, 2012, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
She was born March 17, 1965, in Warsaw, to Dan E. and Judy Kay Sparrow Rife.
She was a homemaker and worked at Wildman’s Uniform and Linen, Warsaw.
Surviving are two daughters, Tara M. (and spouse Brett) Fox-Bradley, Warsaw, and Alexis N. Rickel, Kansas City, Mo.; a son, James A. Britt, Warsaw; a granddaughter, Alanna N. Bradley; four sisters, Angela (and spouse Doug) Reed, Sandra J. Dawalt and Dara D. (and spouse Brent) Howard, all of Warsaw, and Jody R. Yeazel, Syracuse; her stepfather, Jerry D. Dawalt, Warsaw; a stepbrother, Mike Summers, Warsaw; and two stepsisters, Paula Wood and Sherry Bradford, both of Warsaw. She was preceded in death by her mother Judy Dawalt, who died Dec. 14, 2004, and her father, Dan Rife, who died May 24, 2012.
A memorial service will be at a later date officiated by Pastors Bryan Koorey or Jeff Pfeifer of Warsaw Community Church.
