KCH Wellness Center, Rehabilitation Hosting Open House Jan. 13-17

The Kosciusko Community Hospital Health and Wellness Center and KCH Regional Rehabilitation Center have recently updated member facilities and welcome the community to stop in during a week-long open house planned for Jan. 13-17.
Tours, refreshments and complimentary sampler classes are included throughout the week. For a list of sampler classes and times, go to kch.com/wellness-programs or call 574-372-7890.
The KCH Health and Wellness Center amenities include a medically monitored fitness center for patient safety; cardio and strength equipment; walking track; group exercise classes; fitness assessments and personalized exercise plans; personal training; registered dietitian; monthly walk-in community wellness screenings; changing rooms including showers and towel service; and private rehabilitation/therapy suites.
KCH Regional Rehabilitation Services include physical therapy; occupational therapy; speech therapy; while specializing in post-operative care, neurological rehabilitation, vestibular therapy and lymphedema therapy.
