Dear Kosciusko County Commissioners and Highway Department:
As representatives of the Harbor Estates neighborhood of Syracuse, we would like to thank you for resurfacing the street around our neighborhood near Johnson Bay of Lake Wawasee. In the past years, potholes were filled and a little bit of paving was done. This summer, the entire road was repaved. The work was done in a thorough manner and quite timely. We appreciate the professionalism of the highway crew.
