Kathy J. MillerKathy J. Miller, age 64, of Pierceton, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 19, 2019, at 9:48 p.m. in Mason Health and Rehabilitation Center of Warsaw.
Kathy was born on April 19, 1955, in Muncie, to Tony and Betty Thompson Dishman. She was united in marriage to Henry Miller on April 19, 1997, in the Warsaw Church of Christ.
She attended and graduated from Southside High School in Muncie. During her life, she was a homemaker. Kathy enjoyed people and was known to be very social. She was a member of Warsaw Church of Christ.
Kathy is survived by husband, Henry Miller, of Pierceton; daughters: Chrissy (Jason) Ehrman of Pierceton; and Leanne (Johnathon) Bingley, of Pierceton; son, Gary (Brandi) Opperman, of Cypress, Texas; and siblings: Debbie (Paul) Burks, of New Castle; Mindi (John) Slaubaugh, of Indianapolis. In addition, she was survived by nine grandchildren: Kayle Farmer, Brady Herendeen, Tyler Herendeen, Caleb Covarrubias, Grace Ehrman, Jacob Ehrman, Tessa Opperman, Zoie Bingley and Oliver Bingley; and two great-grandchildren, Hazel and Evony Herendeen.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 22 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Her funeral service will be held on Monday, Dec. 23 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Shannon Strange will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton.
