Kathryn Naomie Reeve, 82, of 315 W. Smith St., Warsaw, died at 1:37 a.m. April 18, 2009, at Mason's Healthcare, Warsaw.

She was born Jan. 3, 1927, in Chicago, Ill., to Walter and Louise Rosentiel Colvin. On Dec. 3, 1946, she married James Edward Reeve, who survives.

She was a homemaker and was also a surgical tech at Murphy Medical Center, Warsaw. She was a resident of Kosciusko County for the past 48 years.

She was a member of Walnut Creek United Methodist Church, Warsaw, a member of the American Legion Post 49 Auxiliary of Warsaw and Warsaw Moose Lodge 1423 Auxiliary.

Also surviving are two sons, James (and spouse Sheri) Reeve, Pierceton, and Dennis (and spouse Shelly) Reeve, Warsaw; a daughter, Darlene (and spouse Jerry) DeTurk, Warsaw; five grandchildren: Michael Reeve, Statesville, N.C.; Scott Reeve, Houston, Texas; Brian (and spouse Melanie) Reeve, Cary, N.C.; Jennifer (and spouse Bill) Lehman, Warsaw; Matthew (and spouse Stephanie) Reeve, Fishers; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Dr. Irving Colvin, Orlando, Fla., and Everett Colvin, Plymouth. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Ben and Walter Colvin Jr.; a sister, Louise Hindman; and an infant sister.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, with Pastor Jim MacDonald officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.

Calling is from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
