Kathryn “Katy” Irene Bouse, 91, Warsaw, passed away Dec. 15, 2016, in her Warsaw home. She was born July 6, 1925, in Warsaw, to Robert L. and Lillie McSherry Chinworth. On Sept. 22, 1946, in Warsaw, she married Forrest W. Bouse. They were married 58 years until his passing on June 8, 2005. She was a lifetime Warsaw resident and a 1943 graduate of Warsaw High School. She was employed at the Kosciusko County assessor’s office for 20 years. She was a member of the Otterbein United Methodist Church and a member of Order of Eastern Star for 50 years. Survivors include two sisters, Dora Jane Engle, Warsaw, and Elizabeth Ann Holt, Marion; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded by her husband, Forrest W. Bouse, June 8, 2005; a son, Rodney Bouse, March 2, 2012; three brothers: John Chinworth, Dec. 20, 1979; Robert Chinworth, Oct. 21, 1944; and Wallace Chinworth, September 1975; and a sister, Margaret Garman, May 10, 2012. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 Sheridan St., Warsaw. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with Pastor Terry Bradford, First Free Baptist Church of Kosciusko County, officiating.
