Kathryn J. HostetlerKathryn J. Hostetler, 68, of Silver Lake, passed away at 11:55 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 20, 2021, at her residence.
She was born in Gary on Sept. 23, 1952.
She graduated from Lew Wallace High School in Gary and was married in 1974 in Gary to Vidan Markovski, who preceded her. She grew up in Gary and moved to the Silver Lake area 32 years ago. She was a housekeeper and homemaker for most of her life.
She is survived by daughter, Vida (James) Miller, of North Manchester; three grandchildren: Cary (Aaron) Gabriel, Lisa Miller and Emmaleigh Miller, all of North Manchester; three great-grandchildren: Simon Gabriel, Genis Gabriel, Serenity Gabriel; and brother, James (Kennette) Hostetler, of Valparaiso.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
No services are to be held at this time. Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. Ind. 15, Warsaw.
