Kathryn B. Mansfield

PLYMOUTH – Kathryn B. Mansfield, 76, Plymouth, passed away Nov. 1, 2013, as a result of a two-vehicle accident south of Plymouth.
She was born Nov. 22, 1936, in Waynesville, to Benjamin Harrison and Alma Robertson Mason. On May 3, 1955, she married Henry “Hank” Ray Mansfield, who survives.
The couple moved to the Plymouth area in 1961. She worked for R.R. Donnelly in Warsaw for 17 years before her retirement in 1997. She then worked for several years at the Holiday Inn Express, helping serve breakfast. She was a member of the American Legion, the Moose Lodge and the Eagles. She enjoyed cooking and baking for her family and friends. She was always willing to help others and she loved to travel.
Also surviving are her mother, Alma Hartwell; four siblings: Sarah (and spouse Andrew) Waltz, Paris, Ill.; Bill Hill, Columbus; Carl Hartwell (and Pamela Davidson), Seymour; and Floyd (and spouse Debra) Hartwell, Rochester; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and brothers Orville E. Brooking and Benjamin Harrison Jr.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
