Katherine Podsiadly, 97, Warsaw, passed away at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 25, 2017, at Parkview Regional Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She was born July 15, 1920, in Gordon, Ohio, to Frank and Mary Schlatt Luburich.
She attended public schools in Detroit, Mich., and was married on Aug. 21, 1943, in Detroit, to Francis Podsiadly, who preceded her in 2007. She was a homemaker and moved to Warsaw area in 2015 after living in Highland and Milwaukee, Wis., for many years.
She was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Milwaukee, and attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw.
She is survived by a daughter, Barbara (Gilbert) Kotas, Warsaw; two sons, Charles (Mary) Podsiadly of Germanton, Wis., and Bruce Podsiadly of Madison, Wis.; a granddaughter, Lisa (James) Poblette.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two brothers, Frank and Peter Podsiadly.
Cremation will take place. Private family burial will be held at Arlington Cemetery in Milwaukee at a later date. Cremation Services of Kosciusko County 4356 N. Ind. 15, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
