Karolyn P. "Pat" Stookey, 87, of Venice, Fla., died on August 17, 2013. She was born Dec. 23, 1925, in Warsaw. She graduated from Leesburg High School, and previously lived and worked in northern Indiana with her husband of 68 years, John Milan Stookey, who survives. She is also survived by her sister, Dorcas (and spouse Elzin) Kipker, Warsaw; and three brothers, including Larry (and spouse Coraethel) McConnell, Warsaw. Other survivors include two daughters, three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter. Arrangements are pending and entrusted to National Cremation and Burial Society, Sarasota, Fla.
