NAPPANEE - Karen S. Stahly, 60, of 13375 N. CR 300W, Milford, died at 9:38 a.m. Sept. 22, 2010, in Goshen General Hospital, from complications of diabetes.
She was born July 24, 1950, in Bremen, to William and Genevieve Fuller Yoder. On July 29, 1969, in Nappanee, she married James Stahly, who survives.
A lifetime area resident, she graduated from Nappanee High School and attended Elkhart Institute of Technology. She was former office manager at Nappanee Veterinary Hospital.
Also surviving are two daughters, Jamie (and spouse James) Ely, Nappanee, and Shayne (and spouse Richard) Kiessling, Fort Wayne; five grandchildren; and a stepsister, JoAnn (and spouse Wayne) Germillion, Warsaw.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee, with the Rev. Darin Sims officiating. Cremation will take place and burial will be at a later date in Milford Cemetery.
Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
