Sunday, the 25th, was the closing of the eighteen days of the Winter Olympics at Pyeongchang, South Korea.

If you missed it – your big loss.  Unless you find patriotism, pageantry, fireworks, music, singing and dancing boring.

For music lovers of rock, or whatever the newer music is called, the entrance of an eight piece group in eight mega trucks was just that – quite the entrance.  A music group really rocked with their exotic, to me, instruments and their female vocalist with background people performed.....enthusiastically, to a most receptive audience, namely the USA Olympians.

And.....no obscene gestures, bleeped words, or half-naked costumes, would you believe?

The President of the Olympics gave the traditional word that the Olympics 2018 was closed.  But he gave a challenge to the young people.  (For future participants.) "They are the hope in humanity."
