The May meeting of Kosciusko Association For Female Enrichment was called to order by President Michelle Spitler. Planning continues for the Women's Leadership Symposium, Be the Best You: Optimizing Yourself. The Symposium will be Sept. 28, at 2517. Several speakers are confirmed. The lunch will be a salad and potato bar. Mary Gerard is chairing the committee, and Kerrie Walls is gathering donations for goodie bags and door prizes. The symposium is a half-day event allowing area women to attend in the morning and return to work or home in the afternoon.
The next meeting of KAFE will be Tuesday at noon at the Great Wall Restaurant in Warsaw. Area women are invited to attend the monthly meetings. Annual dues are $25 and support the scholarship program. KAFE is dedicated to the advancement of women, both professionally and personally, by providing an environment that promotes: support, networking opportunities, continuing education and volunteerism through community service. KAFE meets at noon on the third Tuesday of the month at the Great Wall.
