Jefferson Elementary had some visitors March 31 when Warsaw Police Chief Scott Whitaker, father of Jefferson students Mason, Jocelyn and Addison, spoke to some students. Whitaker brought along the K-9 unit to demonstrate how these working dogs serve the community. Pictured are students meeting Dax, a Belgian Malinois, and his handler, Officer Phil Reed.
