First there was too much water on the Justice Building expansion project, pictured above, to begin construction. Now the sandy dirt is too dry and has to be watered, County Administrator Ron Robinson said. He said the footers will be poured on the east and south walls by next week and the contractor hopes to have the sidewalls up by mid-October. Completion date for the project is set for February 2002.
