As a taxpayer, and more importantly, a father of a 2-year-old girl, I would ask the guards of whatever maximum state prison Ian Clark resides at for the reminder of his natural life, to accidentally set him free into the "general population" so that they can treat him like the 2-year-old Samantha and justice can truly be served.
