Jury Finds Myers Guilty On All Charges In Child Molesting Case

A jury has found a Warsaw man guilty of molesting a child during the summer of 2024.
Earl E. Myers Jr., 50, Warsaw, was found guilty of child molesting, a level 1 felony; and child molesting, a level 4 felony. The jury reached guilty verdicts on both counts during the late evening hours of Tuesday, Aug. 5.
Following the verdict, Myers was remanded to the custody of the Kosciusko County sheriff.
Sentencing will take place in Kosciusko Superior Court I at 10 a.m. Sept. 4.
