Posted
Spirit points from Warsaw Community High School's homecoming were calculated, and the overall winner of homecoming was the junior class.

Spirit points were taken from spirit wear days, student activities/games, money wars during lunch, powder puff games, float building and float judging.

Student council sponsored the money wars at lunch during homecoming week. The proceeds went to Light The Night - The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, which directly benefits people in Warsaw that need assistance that have cancer. The amount raised was $477.96. Student council also asked for a $1 donation for admission to the Powder Puff championship, which raised $95, for a total of $572.96 for the cause.

Matt Abbitt was crowned homecoming king, and queen was Marissa Vogel.

Winners of the Powder Puff championship Sept. 22 were the seniors. The seniors beat the juniors for the victory.
