The Kosciusko County Fair Board is putting together a junior fair board made up of youths ages 14 to 19. The junior fair board will consist of 13 youths who will meet and write their own by-laws under the mentorship of fair board members. These young people will learn management skills, how to organize a business, and how to plan a project from its beginning to its completion. Each board member will be on the board for two years. Past members, if accepted, may continue as an active member until the age of 21. Interested candidates may pick up an application packet at the Kosciusko fair from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The office is at 1400 E. Smith St., Warsaw. The telephone number at the office is 574-269-1823.
