Throughout this week, the students of Harrison Elementary School celebrated the joy of reading by observing Be Enthusiastic About Reading (Bear) Week. Harrison's physical education teacher, Cheryl Law, continued her efforts to integrate physical education with reading by creating the "Jungle Book" in the gymnasium. Students researched facts about animals in the jungle and made posters to hang around the gym. Volunteers created the jungle atmosphere in the gym.
